Rodney Benifield, IIMD’s Financial Coach/FAE&T Plus Manager and Facilitator of the Kauffman FastTrac Small Business Program has over 20 years of experience in finance and financial coaching. Mr. Benifield is a certified financial counselor and brings a wealth of knowledge in delivering financial literacy, financial empowerment and managing personal finance programs along with providing leadership in economic inclusion programs.
Rodney’s in-depth experience includes workforce and community development as a Program Officer at LISC as well as a personalized banker at Fifth Third Bank. Mr. Benifield holds a master’s in education from Indiana University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Minnesota State University.
While not working, Rodney enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
